IT Support Officer - Tampines

As an IT Support Officer, you will fully own operational aspect of our IT department across offices. The goal would be to support or answer query to the client’s request and question.

What you will be doing:

• Keep computer system servers running smoothly and monitor server diskspace or security
• Demonstrated technical competency with hardware and software builds & maintenance of desktops & laptops including Windows OS installs
• Talk to clients through a series of actions, either over the phone or remote in, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Testing/QA new applications & features
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Experience supporting cloud-based solutions including Office 365, Teams, Zoom etc.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
• IT vendor management
• All IT support and administrative duties

What you will need:

• Diploma level education in any related field
• Experience performing Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, AD Domains and Exchange Administrator tasks
• Familiarity and understanding of IT Support
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload among conflicting demands
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Working days: Tuesday - Saturday

Working timing: (Tues to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm) Sat: 10am - 7pm
