• Actively prospect and engage walk-in customers, promoting jewellery products and related services tailored to their preferences and occasions.
• Provide professional product demonstrations, highlighting features, quality, and value to support informed customer decisions.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering personalized recommendations and follow-up services to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Customer Service Excellence
• Ensure service delivery meets company standards by delivering attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to all customers.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience by upholding brand values and ensuring professional conduct at all times.
• Sales Performance & Targets
• Demonstrate self-motivation and persistence in achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets.
• Apply effective selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.
• Keep up-to-date with promotions, product launches, and market trends to enhance sales performance.
• Store Presentation & Merchandising
• Ensure jewellery displays are consistently well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines to create a premium shopping environment.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and replenish merchandise as required.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security to safeguard valuable products.
• Teamwork & Contribution
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals, ensuring smooth daily operations and a supportive work environment.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as assigned by management.
