Working closely with the Sous Chef, you will help coordinate daily operations, maintain standards, and step up to lead when required, all while fostering a collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture!

We are looking for someone who is
  • Experienced in Western and / or Local cuisine
  • Passionate about food and culinary excellence
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Proactive, with strong coordination skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
  • Assist in supervising and coordinating daily kitchen operations within the outlet
  • Support the Sous Chef and assume responsibilities in their absence when required
  • Oversee and guide assigned kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and performance
  • Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and wastage
  • Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and government regulations
