Job Description
  • Front Desk Officer
  • Working Hours: 5 days work
  • 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Working Location @ Pioneer
  • Company transport provided nearby MRT
  • Salary up to $3000 + allowance $200
  • AWS, VB & Staffs benefits

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain a tidy workplace.
  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the right person/meeting room.
  • Handle mail, packages, and office supplies replenishment.
  • Support new hire onboarding and maintain employee records.
  • Plan and coordinate company events and engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Always maintain the workplace in a clean and tidy manner

Requirement:

  • Minimum O level and above
  • Well-groomed comfortable to wearing make up and possess a pleasant disposition, Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good team player with positive working attitudes
  • Able to start work in a short notice period
  • Singaporean ONLY
