Job Description
- Front Desk Officer
- Working Hours: 5 days work
- 8.30am-5.30pm
- Working Location @ Pioneer
- Company transport provided nearby MRT
- Salary up to $3000 + allowance $200

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a tidy workplace.
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the right person/meeting room.
- Handle mail, packages, and office supplies replenishment.
- Support new hire onboarding and maintain employee records.
- Plan and coordinate company events and engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Always maintain the workplace in a clean and tidy manner
Requirement:
- Minimum O level and above
- Well-groomed comfortable to wearing make up and possess a pleasant disposition, Professional appearance and attitude.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good team player with positive working attitudes
- Able to start work in a short notice period
