Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and refinement of long-term strategies, portfolio approaches, and investment strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Generate insights on market developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions and support financial targets.
- Develop strategic narratives and materials for engagement with key stakeholders, including the Board and industry partners.
- Conduct analysis of global sector trends and competitive landscapes to shape long-term strategic direction.
- Support management in evaluating strategic opportunities requiring structured analysis and coordination.
- Oversee selected projects related to competitive intelligence, digital enablement, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Facilitate annual and periodic strategic review sessions and drive the corporate planning cycle.
- Track and report on performance against corporate targets and ensure clarity in deliverables for senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning.
- Prior experience in relevant sectors such as venture capital or private equity is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop clear, practical recommendations from complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior leaders.
- Proven stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional progress.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve high-quality outputs efficiently.
