Warehouse Operations Executive - Bukit Batok

Contract: 1-year (renewable)

Support the warehouse operations team in daily logistics activities, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments and space planning.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with team members and service providers.
• Ensure service providers perform daily weighing scale checks and tests.
• Prepare warehouse space for incoming shipments, shift cargo, and monitor available storage.
• Conduct daily warehouse inspections and report any abnormalities.
• Compile and submit operational reports to the Customer Service team within set timelines.
• Print, scan, and manage work orders and operational documents for the Person-in-Charge.
• Liaise with internal operations, compliance, and finance teams on operational matters.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform other assigned administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
