Procurement Specialist - Pasir Ris

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement the demand confirmation, information collection, summary and feedback of RFQ.
• Implement the requirements confirmation, inquiry, price negotiation, price comparison and bid opening of purchase requisition.
• Description, suggestions and records of the results of purchasing operation.
• Confirmation of execution order and follow-up of delivery.
• Negotiation, confirmation and signing of execution contract.
• Handling of unqualified purchase cases.
• Act as the supplier's coordination and contact window.
• Participate in and assist in supplier evaluation.
• Participate in and assist the regular evaluation or audit of qualified suppliers.
• Participate in the sourcing of alternative suppliers.
• Assist in the minutes of the Procurement Committee.
• Assist in the disposal of scrap / resale of fixed assets.
• Collection and arrangement of procurement statistics.
• Be responsible for receiving, filing, filing and management of purchase requisition and purchase change order.
• Be responsible for order filing, confirmation, printing, distribution, manufacturer's sending / signing back follow-up, filing and management.
• Be responsible for the classification, filing and management of archives, contracts and technical documents.
• Be responsible for receiving, confirming, filing, filing and management of the acceptance certificate.
• Be responsible for receiving, sending, filing, filing and management of work completion notice.
• Carry out the procurement according to the relevant procurement procedures
• Handling of other adhoc assignment assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or any other related field. Major in International Business is plus.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years experience in Semiconductor Industry (Supply Chain Management)
• Good communication and coordination skills.
