Main Duties and Responsibilities- Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialization in line with overall strategic direction and objectives.
- Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processes.
- Manage and timely deliver assigned projects.
- Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting.
- Working closely with product leaders, project manager and specialists on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes at Pilot Plant
- Proficient knowledge on food regulations and compliance
- Assist on planning and transformation of current documentation system into paperless system.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science
- Has min 2 years of Food Technologist Experience
