Food Technologist (Juice/Beverage) - Bukit Batok

A reputable F&B Manufacturing Company looking for Food Technologist. Preferably someone from Juice and Beverage Company

• Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialization in line with overall strategic direction and objectives.
• Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processes.
• Manage and timely deliver assigned projects.
• Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting.
• Working closely with product leaders, project manager and specialists on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes at Pilot Plant
• Proficient knowledge on food regulations and compliance
• Assist on planning and transformation of current documentation system into paperless system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science
• Has min 2 years of Food Technologist Experience
