About the role
Join ThinkingStream Information Pte. Ltd. as an Office Clerk in our Central Region office.
What you'll be doing- Providing general administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle international calls and mails
- Supporting the chinese team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with colleagues and clients
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in both Chinese and English expression ,Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- The job is relatively flexible, allowing for remote work.
