Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Administrative Support Executive to join our team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and sales support to the International and Overseas Sales Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
- Handle email and phone enquiries professionally
- Process sales orders and follow up on payments from clients
- Update and monitor sales data systems for forecasting and reporting
- Coordinate and resolve issues related to client orders and account statuses
- Manage shipping schedules and assist with logistical coordination
- Prepare shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists)
- Conduct follow-ups with clients for administrative matters
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
- Gain exposure to international sales and export coordination
