Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will lead initiatives to expand market presence and revenue by developing strategic sales approaches and cultivating strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
- Identify and engage prospective clients to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate and execute sales and event projects smoothly
- Communicate persuasively and negotiate deals to achieve business development targets
- Present product and service offerings clearly to diverse audiences to influence decision-making
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or B2C sales
- Experience in sales, events, and marketing environments
