Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen our market presence in Singapore. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client success
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely deal closure
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management
- Mentor junior business development or sales team members where applicable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem and regional market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
