Our client, a Well-Established Multinational Corporation in the Manufacturing sector, is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive to join their expanding HR team based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of C&B functions, including salary reviews, bonus programs, performance appraisals, and benefits administration.
  • Design, review, and maintain salary structures and job classifications.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, medical, leave) and manage relationships with third-party providers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits with clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop and update related policies and ensure consistent implementation across the organisation.
  • Oversee payroll processes including data entry, validation, and coordination with payroll vendors.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Ensure timely updates for employee lifecycle changes including new hires, exits, and salary adjustments.
  • Support reporting, audit, and compliance requirements related to compensation and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Participate in audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Support HR transformation and improvement initiatives, including system implementations and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align HR programs with business needs.
  • Contribute to broader HR strategies such as workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.
  • Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or other HRIS) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations and payroll compliance.
  • Meticulous, organized, and analytical with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
