Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of PABX unified communications and IT network projects, including planning, design, installation, configuration, and equipment testing.

Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and isolation of complex issues within telecommunications and network infrastructure.
Provide expert technical support and guidance to both end-users and internal engineer teams.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in unified communications and IT networking.
Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and any changes implemented.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.
Partner with other technical teams to design enterprise-level solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting adherence to best practices and technical excellence.
