Sourcing Specialist (6 months contract)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a biotech company, and we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join their business on a 6 months contract basis. The successful incumbent will identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

• 6 months contractual role
• Work location: West region

The Job:

• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and market competitiveness
• Manage RFP and negotiation processes to secure optimal commercial terms and recommend supplier selection
• Support contract management and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
• Drive cost analysis and identify savings opportunities to improve procurement efficiency
• Build strong supplier relationships and resolve performance or delivery issues proactively
• Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to support strategic sourcing decisions

The Talent:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Prior experience in procurement/sourcing
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to build relationships with suppliers
• Knowledge in SAP system
