About the Role

What You’ll Do
As a Temp Officer (HRD), you will play an important role in supporting the recruitment process and day-to-day HR operations.- Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate interview arrangements with job applicants via phone and email
- Assist in administering written tests for candidates
- Perform data entry and maintain recruitment records
- Prepare and organise documents for interviews (e-filing)
- Provide administrative and logistical support for HR activities
- Support ad hoc HR and administrative tasks when required
- Requirements
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to handle multiple recruitment applications simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in admin, customer service, or event support is a plus
- Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: $2,600 (before CPF contributions)
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Completion bonus: 0.5-month salary upon successful completion
- Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Havelock Road, Singapore
