  • Sat : 8:30am to 12:30pm

About the role

An administrative Assistant for a ship chandler for procurement paperwork. To process purchase orders, prepare delivery orders for ship supplies. Ensure vessels receive their order on time – such as provisions and non-food order.

Key responsibilities
  • Document Processing : Preparing Request for Quotations (RFQ), Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Packing Lists
  • Procurement Support: Maintaining inventory records and tracking orders
  • Billing & Compliance: Preparing Invoices, assisting with accounting and audits
Requirements
  • GCE N / O Levels
  • Relevant experience in food trading, hospitality, FMCG, shipping, marine, or ship chandling industries is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Only Singaporeans
