About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide general administrative support, including documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and servicing appointments with vendors and contractors
  • Liaise with external service providers for routine office matters (e.g. air-conditioning, cleaning, repairs)
  • Maintain and update records, including invoices, service reports, and correspondences
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and consumables
  • Assist in coordinating deliveries and basic logistics arrangements
  • Support internal coordination across departments and retail outlets
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels, Nitec / Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience (candidates without experience are welcome to apply)
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Willing to adopt a hands-on approach when required to support office operations
