IT Executive (Central/ $6.5K) BG (ID: 692052)

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of IT Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and troubleshoot IT inquiries from employees.
• Provide training and raise awareness of IT security best practices.
• Manage maintenance of IT assets, including server rooms, PCs, switches, routers, phones, and applications.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of IT vendors.
• Lead initiatives for business process improvement through the implementation of system tools.
• Handle the procurement, setup, and disposal of IT hardware and assets.
• Process IT-related invoices, ensuring timely verification and coordination with the finance team for payments.
• Support overall IT operations for subsidiaries located in the APAC region as directed by the IT manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an IT support role.
• Proven experience in IT support is advantageous.
• Familiarity with configuring Windows PCs and managing IT network equipment in a server environment.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• A mindset focused on leveraging IT technology to enhance business processes.
