Job Responsibilities:

Identify and establish new sales opportunities through diverse prospecting channels, keeping our catering services in demand.
Handle telephone and online inquiries with flair, ensuring every client feels valued and heard.
Assist clients in menu selection and create tailored proposals that delight their taste buds and suit their events.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming their trusted catering partner.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and unforgettable catering experiences for clients.
Ensure the success and profitability of events by coordinating logistics, food production, and delivery with precision.

Job Requirements:

Relevant experience in F&B/inside sales role will have added advantage.
