Job Description:
- Take charge of admin and finance functions in a Senior Care Centre
- Prepare client Service Contracts
- Process fee invoices and handle fee collection
- Process clients' daily attendance and transportation schedule
- Process subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies
- Take charge of inventory controls and equipment maintenance
- Oversee purchasing functions
- Support administration of customer service and client feedback
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in any discipline [minimum Diploma in Business or Management]
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration and financial portfolios [including customer services and handling service contracts]
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - MS Word and Excel
