About the role
As the Business Development Executive/Manager at Gleamedia Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This full-time position will involve building strategic relationships with potential partners to expand the company's reach.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract and convert new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and landlords.
- Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to support proposals to landlord.
- Continuously research market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities
- Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management
- Understand the authority guidelines and coordinate with project team to ensure all projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the OOH industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Excellent understanding of the New Business Development landscape and current market trends
- Ability to work independently, set and achieve ambitious targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is desirable
