Title: Business Development Executive
Our dynamic team is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for Business Development Executives to join our Commercial Design firm. Ideal candidates will have a strong appreciation for interior aesthetics, a talent for forging new corporate client relationships, and expertise in nurturing and managing existing client connections.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital platforms, networking & scheduled face-to-face meetings.
- Research potential clients and markets to expand the company’s client base.
- Client Engagement
- Attend client appointments assigned by the company and manage self-sourced leads.
- Schedule and lead meetings to introduce clients to the company’s services.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, service-focused relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide timely follow-ups with clients to keep them updated on project progress and next steps.
- Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment with client expectations.
- Apply creativity and an eye for design aesthetics to support the team in achieving successful project outcomes. (Bonus responsibility)
- Sales & Performance Tracking
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals & contracts in line with company processes.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of sales working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Positive and friendly disposition, Professional attitude
- Effective communication skills, Good command of English is highly preferred, Bilingual in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Driving License (If Any)
