Case Management Coordinator (GOVT | 12-Months Contract | Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage MCP (Mandatory Counselling Program) cases within data systems.
• Refer and assign cases to relevant MCP agencies.
• Upload referral documents and email correspondence to the system.
• Track and follow up on outstanding MCP cases exceeding 18 months.
• Send email requests to MCP agencies for updates on outstanding cases.
• Mail out MCP letters to mandated clients.
• Handle the administrative closure of MCP cases in the system.
• Coordinate with the systems team for any system-related issues.
• Extract and manage MCP data requests as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a data management or administrative role is a plus.
