International Business Development Director - Geylang

We are currently looking to bring on board and International Business Development Director who drives global expansion and strategic growth across all brands within the organisation. The role focuses on expanding market presence, driving strategic partnerships, and unlocking new revenue streams across international markets.
This position plays a key part in strengthening the organisation’s portfolio and ensuring each brand’s success in diverse regions.
The Role:
- Develop and execute international business strategies to scale all brands across key regions.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, distribution channels, and retail partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with global distributors, retailers, and key strategic partners.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure consistent positioning and alignment across regions.
- Lead negotiations, oversee market entry plans, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging preferences to inform strategy and innovation.
- Drive profitability and sustainable growth through data-driven business planning and performance management.
Requirements :
- More than 10 years’ international business development experience particularly in emerging Asia
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics
- Strong understanding of Audio Engineering and Sound Technology
- Experience in dealing with Audio / Sound Products
- Proven success in building brands and distribution networks across Asia, and emerging markets.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and negotiation acumen.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale new business opportunities.
