About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to lead and grow our business development team. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and strategic clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to support business initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and reports to senior management
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the deal-closing process
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead a team toward ambitious goals
