About the role
The Assistant Marketing Manager plays a critical role within the International Marketing team, responsible for driving brand growth and marketing execution within assigned international markets while supporting the development of global brand assets, guidelines and innovation initiatives to strengthen brand consistency and long-term equity across markets.This position works closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, IRD, HQ functions and external agencies to ensure effective execution while maintaining alignment with global brand strategy.
Key responsibilities- Act as the key marketing partner for assigned international markets to regional sales teams
- Partner with sales team to develop marketing plans and launch calendars for assigned markets
- Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all consumer touchpoints
- Drive execution of consumer activations and trade events
- Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives
- Support innovation projects from concept development to launch
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, packaging, regulatory, and supply chain teams throughout development processes
- Support the development and management of global brand assets and communication platforms
- Support the development and maintenance of global brand guidelines and brand identity systems
- Create and manage marketing toolkits, campaign assets, social media platform
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
- 6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, consumer goods, or retail industries
- Experience managing brands across multiple markets is highly preferred
- Experience in both brand marketing and product launch management
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Strong brand-building mindset and understanding of consumer marketing principles
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
