About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and polished Wedding & Event Coordinator to join our F&B events team, supporting the seamless delivery of confirmed events across our venues. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality background who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role supports a diverse portfolio of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social celebrations.

As the key liaison for confirmed events, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed and impeccably executed. From handover to event completion, you will help orchestrate each occasion with precision, professionalism, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for confirmed events, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the event journey.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including operations, culinary, service, and venue stakeholders, to ensure all requirements are aligned and delivered to exacting standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive event briefs, timelines, function sheets, and operational checklists.
  • Ensure all event details, special requests, and service standards are communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support pre-event planning, site inspections, and final coordination meetings.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring a smooth and polished guest experience from start to finish.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve issues promptly, and uphold service excellence at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to support repeat business and long-term trust.
