Job Description
Job Scope & Key Responsibilities
On-Site Event Execution & Support- Support the team during live events and activations.
- Assist with event setup, registration, crowd flow, client liaison, and backstage logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers during setup and teardown.
- Help with event prep including packing kits, preparing equipment, and checking logistics.
- Assist in liaising with suppliers and consolidating operational requirements.
- Contribute to event run sheets, layout plans, and production timelines.
- Assist in post-event debriefs, data collation, and documentation.
- Organize and archive event photos, videos, and materials for future use.
- Support the development of presentation decks, proposals, and logistics plans.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for event experiences.
- Provide general administrative support including inventory checks, filing, and office logistics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
