Overview:
Gain hands-on experience in a customer-facing role at a leading ballet school. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy people-oriented tasks and want to build confidence and communication skills in a dynamic and elegant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet students and parents at the reception area
- Manage emails and WhatsApp enquiries professionally
- Organise front desk files and maintain student records
- Assist with handling payments and merchandise sales
- Support the studio with general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Warm, friendly, and presentable
- Good spoken and written English
- Responsible, organized, and service-oriented
- Comfortable handling basic digital tools (Google Drive, etc.)
