Position: Customer Service & Front Desk Intern
Location: M.A BALLET – Orchard, Singapore
Start Date: Immediate
Working Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday
Off Days: Monday & Tuesday

For Students in: Hospitality, Business, Administration, or related fields

Overview:

Gain hands-on experience in a customer-facing role at a leading ballet school. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy people-oriented tasks and want to build confidence and communication skills in a dynamic and elegant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students and parents at the reception area
  • Manage emails and WhatsApp enquiries professionally
  • Organise front desk files and maintain student records
  • Assist with handling payments and merchandise sales
  • Support the studio with general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Warm, friendly, and presentable
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Responsible, organized, and service-oriented
  • Comfortable handling basic digital tools (Google Drive, etc.)
