Job Description

As a Customer Service/ Admin you will
  1. Answer customer enquiries and bookings via whats-app, social media messaging functions and phone call.
  2. Allocate customer bookings to our operation team based on schedule.
  3. Use softwares such as Quickbooks and Google Calendar.
