Bukit Merah - Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and multi-talented Marketing Designer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the primary visual storyteller for our company products, responsible for designing compelling promotional materials for our battery/solar products/projects.You will also manage our digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads and take charge of designing and maintaining our company's website. The ideal candidate shall be a skilled artist with a strong portfolio and a technical understanding of digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Promotional Design:
○ Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital brochures, landing pages, social media graphics, email newsletters, and ad creatives.
○ Develop visual concepts and layouts for product launches and project promotions.
○ Utilize strong illustration and drawing skills to create original assets and maintain a fresh visual brand.
Digital Advertising:
○ Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads (including Search, Display, and Video).
○ Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate), and optimize for better ROI.
○ Design all visual assets (banners, videos, images) required for ad campaigns.
Web Design:
○ Design, update, and maintain the company's website, ensuring a visually appealing, user-friendly (UI/UX), and responsive experience.
○ Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new web pages or features.
○ Collaborate with developers or use CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) to implement designs.
Brand Consistency:
○ Ensure all designs across all platforms (web, social media, advertising) are consistent with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Proven experience in a graphic design, marketing design, or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, illustration/drawing, and basic web design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or XD/Figma).
- Demonstrable experience designing and managing websites (familiarity with HTML/CSS or website builders like WordPress is essential).
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Excellent visual, artistic, and typography skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
