Benefits Summary:

• Field Service Engineer/ PLC Engineer
• Permanent role
• Basic salary up to $ 4,150 + Standby Allowance+ AWS +VB
• Monday to Saturday: Office hours
• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Control System Programming & Development
• Design, develop, and program PLC systems using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, or Schneider Electric.
• Develop and configure HMI/SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.
• Integrate control systems with instrumentation, VSDs, sensors, and field devices

• Perform on-site installation, wiring supervision, and commissioning of PLC panels and control systems.
• Conduct I/O checks, loop testing, and system diagnostics to ensure operational readiness.
• Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

• Troubleshoot PLC and HMI/SCADA faults during commissioning and operational stages.
• Provide technical support and corrective maintenance for automated systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades when necessary.

• Prepare electrical/control schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain proper documentation of PLC codes, configuration files, and site reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers and clients to ensure requirements are met.

Additional Information:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering or equivalent .
• Prefer 1–3 years of relevant experience for Technician; 3–5+ years for Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA configuration.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and control logic.
• Willing to travel for project-based site work (locally and occasionally overseas).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
