Application Support Associate, Engineering - Toa Payoh

• Respond to technical queries from sales representatives and customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues via email, phone, or on-site
• Conduct product application testing and support customer system setups
• Deliver post-sales training and assist with user documentation
• Support system configuration, adjustment, and fine-tuning
• Maintain clear communication and provide technical advice in a user-friendly manner
• Assist in improving team processes and documentation
• Observe internal policies and assist with other assigned tasks

• Diploma in Computer/ Electrical or related studies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and active listening skills
• Able to break down and explain complex concepts clearly
• Familiar with logic control and basic Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP)
• Understanding of HMI programming is an advantage
• Customer-oriented with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
