What you'll be doing

Respond to technical queries from sales representatives and customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues via email, phone, or on-site
Conduct product application testing and support customer system setups
Deliver post-sales training and assist with user documentation
Support system configuration, adjustment, and fine-tuning
Maintain clear communication and provide technical advice in a user-friendly manner
Assist in improving team processes and documentation
Observe internal policies and assist with other assigned tasks

What we're looking for

Diploma in Computer/ Electrical or related studies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and active listening skills
Able to break down and explain complex concepts clearly
Familiar with logic control and basic Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP)
Understanding of HMI programming is an advantage
Customer-oriented with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
