F&B Management Trainee (Alternate 5 Days / 2 Years leadership program)

We are looking for a motivated F&B Operations Management Trainee to join our team. We are a well-established and growing upscale F&B group with over 50 restaurant outlets across Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building a career in F&B operations and outlet management.

Through a structured rotational program, you will gain hands-on exposure in guest service, daily outlet operations, POS systems, team coordination, and operational leadership development.

Job Duties:

• Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally
• Present menu items and explain ingredients and preparation methods
• Use POS systems and manage table reservations (e.g., Chope, Inline)
• Set up and close the restaurant, including daily opening and closing checklists
• Learn and understand all outlet functions and operations
• Oversee smooth daily operations and maintain strong product knowledge
• Support outlet operations and contribute ideas for service improvement
• Assist manager with daily tasks, implementation of policies, and team guidance
• Attend to customer needs and ensure a positive dining experience and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• General degree holders or experienced candidates in related fields
• Strong interest in operations and willingness to undergo structured training
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with confidence and leadership potential
