About the role
Rhythme Technology Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team based in the Yishun North Region. As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our cutting-edge engineering projects, contributing to the successful completion of complex technical initiatives that drive innovation and growth for our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and enhance efficiency
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex engineering projects from concept to completion
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
