Project Engineer - Ups to $4500

Job Scope:

• Plan and manage fire protection/M&E project works from start to completion, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical drawings, material submissions, and work schedules for fire protection and M&E systems.
• Supervise on-site installation works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Attend site meetings and inspections with authorities or stakeholders as required.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.

Entry level - Sales Engineer - Ups to $4000 + Allowance + Commission

Job Scope:

• Identify, manage, and pursue project and sales opportunities while developing new and existing customer accounts to support revenue growth.
• Prepare and present technical solutions, showcasing products or services to potential and current clients.
• Analyze customer needs and market competition to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with sales support teams and application engineers to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Provide frontline sales and basic technical assistance in response to customer inquiries, delivery matters, and feedback.
• Recommend suitable products and prepare quotations based on customer RFQs.
• Manage project-based sales activities and regularly submit updated sales reports.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E industry
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and construction site operations.
• Possessing own transport will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
• Valid Class 3 driving license is required.
