About the Role
We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our growing team in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building relationships, engaging with clients, and helping individuals work towards their financial goals.
Depending on your experience and track record, you will be considered for either Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive level. Successful candidates will receive structured training, mentorship, and career development opportunities within a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Identify and engage prospective individual and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Understand clients' needs and introduce suitable financial planning and wealth management solutions
- Generate leads and manage your own business development pipeline
- Conduct client consultations and provide professional recommendations
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentation materials for client discussions
- Participate in networking events, seminars, roadshows, and business development activities
- Work closely with team members and business partners to deliver quality client experiences
- Achieve individual performance and business development targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities
- Continuously upgrade industry knowledge through training and professional development programmes
- Minimum qualification of GCE "A" Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable engaging with clients and building professional relationships
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, banking, insurance, education consultancy, or related industries will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates and mid-career individuals seeking a career transition are welcome to apply
- Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong track records will be considered for Senior Sales Executive positions
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
- Base allowance from $2,500 to $9,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance track record (excluding commissions)
