Avanta Academy is a CPE-registered, EduTrust-certified Private Education Institution (PEI) with over 10 years in Singapore's continuing education sector. We have trained more than 10,500 learners across 120 courses spanning Diploma, Advanced Diploma, WSQ, Certificate and e-Learning programmes.

We are an SSG Registered Training Provider and hold a formal partnership with TÜV NORD since 2023.

The Role

We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our team and grow student enrolment across our full programme portfolio. Depending on your experience and track record, you will be placed at Sales Executive or Sales Manager level.

What You Will Do
  • Identify and engage individual learners and corporate clients seeking training and certification programmes
  • Present suitable course solutions across Avanta Academy's full programme portfolio to prospective students and companies
  • Generate leads and manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to enrolment
  • Convert and follow up on inbound enquiries through phone, digital platforms, and face-to-face consultation
  • Represent Avanta Academy at career fairs, industry exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events
  • Apply your knowledge of SSG funding schemes (subsidies, SkillsFuture Credit) to support enrolment decisions
  • Meet monthly enrolment targets and report pipeline progress to the Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients for repeat and bulk enrolments
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience in a training or continuing education environment
  • Hands-on experience with SSG funding schemes and enrolment processes is required
  • Experience selling either WSQ Food Safety programmes or Diploma-level academic programmes is required
  • Comfortable managing both short transactional sales cycles and longer consultative enrolment discussions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Candidates with stronger track records will be considered for a senior position.

What We Offer
  • Base salary: $3,500 – $4,500 per month, commensurate with experience and seniority
  • Commission on enrolments with no cap
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
