Personal Assistant Director(Part Time))
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Director.
Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle basic email correspondence and follow up on tasks when required.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and simple travel arrangements.
Maintain proper filing and organization of documents (both electronic and physical).
Assist with data entry, simple research, and administrative duties.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google etc.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
