Bukit Batok - Senior IT Executive

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Executive to oversee IT operations and provide advanced technical support across our offices, warehouses, and retail outlets. You will work closely with the IT Manager to manage projects, maintain POS systems, and ensure seamless IT experiences for internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IT Manager on projects and oversee POS system maintenance island-wide.
• Provide advanced IT support and training to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth daily operations.
• Manage IT assets and handle procurement to optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including IT account setup and equipment allocation.
• Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of new PCs to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide infrastructure support across offices, warehouses, and retail outlets.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Manage user accounts and email access, ensuring system security and data integrity.
• Assist with ad-hoc IT initiatives and contribute to improving IT operations.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of PC setup and deployment procedures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Comfortable travelling around retail stores across Singapore when required.
• Able to perform work independently.
