Sales Coordinator - Jurong West

While candidates with relevant experience are preferred, fresh graduates with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.

• Assist and support the Key Account Manager / Executive
• Review and respond to incoming customer enquiries
• Source products from both local and overseas vendors/manufacturers
• Follow up on quotations with customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Coordinate shipment documentation and logistics
• Assist the Accounts Department in following up on payments
• Provide support to colleagues during their absence
• Handle other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, committed, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and a strong team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Transport: Company bus provided from Clementi MRT station at 8:10 AM and return in the evening
