Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Generate Proforma Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Invoices using internal systems.
- Coordinate and prepare shipments and deliveries.
- Track sales performance and update sales data into the company's system.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business Management or Equivalent
- Min 1 year of sales coordinator/administrative experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
