The incumbent is responsible for driving business growth and customer retention across key accounts. This includes managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and client engagement to pricing, project coordination, and after-sales service while ensuring quality, margin, and customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity- Opportunity to be part of the dynamic team to drive business goal for Singapore market
- Minimum 5-7 years of B2B sales or key account management experience, ideally within beauty, fashion accessories r promotional products packaging industries.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills across brand and senior management levels.
- Strong business sense with experience in costing, margin management, and payment terms, complemented by sound project coordination abilities.
- Skilled in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot), Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is advantageous for regional communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design or a related discipline preferred.
- Drive growth of key clients in the local market by mapping key stakeholders, developing account strategies, and increasing share of business through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Manage existing accounts with prompt and professional service, including preparing quotations, coordinating samples, tracking orders, resolving issues, and conducting post-launch evaluations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and engaging target brands, retailers, and distributors; conduct outreach, presentations, and product demonstrations to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on cosmetic, accessory, and promotional solutions, covering materials, finishes, compliance standards, packaging, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to determine build costs, develop value-driven proposals, and negotiate key commercial terms such as pricing, MOQ, lead time, and payment conditions.
- Coordinate project execution by ensuring smooth handover to Operations, alignment on artwork, specifications, QA, and logistics, while monitoring production and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update sales forecasts, and track competitive intelligence; prepare regular business reviews for key strategic accounts.
- Uphold compliance with brand, safety, and sustainability standards while adhering to internal policies on pricing, credit, and contractual agreements.
- Monitor market movements, competitor activities, and retail launches to identify new go-to-market opportunities and product development needs.
