Patient Service Associate cum Ambulance Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Register patients, verify personal and insurance details, and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow within the Emergency Department.
• Handle enquiries, provide information, and assist patients and caregivers courteously.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records.
• Liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

• Safely operate and maintain ambulance vehicles for patient transfers and emergency cases.
• Ensure readiness of ambulance equipment and supplies before each deployment.
• Assist clinical staff in transferring patients to and from the ambulance.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety standards, and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the ambulance at all times.

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (Singapore); Class 4 licence preferred.
• Clean driving record with good knowledge of Singapore roads.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, emergency services, or customer service is an advantage.
• Able to perform shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to assist with patient transfers.
• Calm, responsible, and able to work effectively in emergency situations.
