Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.15am – 5.30pm

Sales Coordinator
The successful applicant has to

administrative support to sales department
handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable
handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, products numbers and inventory before generating of sales order
attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied
to update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department
to follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan with sales department head
prepare quotation
any other related administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

O Level or equivalent qualification
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
