Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and execute projects and tasks that align with management goals and objectives.
• Lead the QS & QM sections, ensuring the successful implementation of Quality & Environmental Management Systems (QEMS) to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the QEMR to maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 standards, while setting and achieving quality and environmental objectives that support corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with customer, legal, and regulatory requirements and implement necessary improvements where needed.
• Manage departmental budgets, manpower planning, and employee competency development initiatives.
• Conduct vendor audits, internal and external ISO audits, and manage TQC, F-Cost reduction initiatives, and QCC projects.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for environmental, safety, and information security concerns.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on quality and environmental issues.
• Approve production halts to prevent the delivery of non-conforming products, ensuring effective containment measures.
• Report adverse events or regulatory issues to the relevant authorities as required by regulations.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering or quality assurance, with specific expertise in Plating.
• Previous experience in a managerial role is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Familiarity with automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) and proficiency in Minitab or JMP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
